A lot of blogs with recipes have a lot of fluff and require a lot of scrolling before you can even see the recipe. Along the way, you hear about how their grandparent wore a blue shirt one day, and that is why they love this chicken parmesan recipe. Or, how they have some random condiment that is home made that they always have stocked in the fridge. And the recipe is always one that their kids want weekly. I see absolutely nothing wrong with their stories, because it is fun to share what makes the recipe special. However, I wandered to the blog for a recipe, not the story. Then after story time you get to learn what the best spatula is, and that only an expensive kind of garlic will work in the recipe. Oh, and they brown beef in fifteen seconds, and the meal is ready in nine minutes. Neither are accurate.

My goal is to provide fluff-free recipes. The only thing that will be before the recipe is a source, if applicable, to where I learned the recipe from. Any notes, instructions, and photos will be beneath it.
